Matt McNeese manages Media Planning & Brand Strategy for Mercurius Media Capital (MMC). He is responsible for designing and optimizing data-driven media campaigns that support MMC’s portfolio companies in scaling effectively across channels. Prior to joining MMC, he served as North America Media Planner at Ubisoft, where he led media planning across the region. He also held leadership roles at thredUP, where he oversaw offline and emerging media strategy, and at Right Side Up, where he provided strategic media consulting for high-growth brands.
Matt built his career across a range of industries including gaming, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer brands. His earlier experience includes media and analytics roles at SmileDirectClub, Parachute Media, GS&F, TMP Worldwide, and Maxus, giving him a broad foundation in both traditional and digital media planning and execution.
